When should we bring ETHX into a project?
As early as the design phase. The best time to plan connectivity — conduit, equipment closets, antenna placement, and the amenity WiFi/voice/camera layout — is before walls close. Engage us alongside your architect and low-voltage contractor and we design it in from day one.
What do you provide for a new build?
A connectivity plan for the whole property: internet backhaul, property-wide managed WiFi, business voice for the leasing/management office, and surveillance for common areas — coordinated with your GC and delivered move-in ready.
Do we have to wait for fiber to be built to the site?
No — that’s the advantage. ETHX fixed wireless can light up a new property in weeks, so residents and staff have real internet at move-in even where fiber hasn’t reached. Add fiber later without changing providers.
Is this only for large developments?
No. We work with everything from a single new building to multi-phase communities — owners, developers, and builders across Lee and Charlotte Counties.
